In the framework of the activities carried out by the delegation headed by His Excellency Dr. Waed Abdullah Bathib - Minister of Transport in the 38th session of the General Assembly of the International Civil Aviation Organization , held in Montreal, Canada for the period September 24th to October 4th, 2013, he met on Monday, September 30th 2013, His Excellency Sultan Bin Saeed Al Mansoori - Minister of economy of the United Arab Emirates at their headquarters Office of the international Organization for international civil aviation.
From his side, Dr. Waed Bathib had stressed during the meeting on the strength of the brotherly relations between the two brotherly countries, which is reflected on the development of bilateral cooperation between the two countries in various different areas , including civil aviation , air transport, which bear witness uptick constant and has also confirmed our country support for the re-election of the United Arab Emirates for the Organization Council of the third category for the period 2013 -2016.
He also gave thanks to the efforts of the United Arab Emirates to the upgrading efforts of civil aviation activity at the level of the Arab Authority of Civil Aviation, or at the level of regional and international groupings.
On the other hand, Minister of Economy had preciously thanks our country in supporting the United Arab Emirates at the level of the Arab Authority for Civil Aviation, or at the level of International Civil Aviation Organization, also stressed on the importance of co-ordination and development of the aspects of cooperation between the two countries in the field of civil aviation and other fields.
