Requirements for issue overflying permission " charter flight" :
Passenger / Business / Aircargo / Emergency Flight
The following information must be included in the application:
1.Name of the operator or owner of aircraft.
2.Type of Aircraft.
3.Registration of aircraft.
4.Aircraft Callsign & Flight No. according the ICAO.
5.The maximum takeoff weight for the aircraft (MTOW.(
6.The flight level.
7.Route for the flight(the origin & destination).
8.Expected (estimate time of arrive & departure ), date of operation.
9.Entry and exit points of Sana'a FIR See ATC YEMEN navigation MAP.
10.The purpose of the flight.
11.In case of aircargo purpose cargo details shall be mentioned, with disclaimer, that the flight is free of any hazardous materials, weapons and photography devices.
12.Address of owner or the investor flight with the e-mail address.
13.Payment fees are to be paid by transferring in advance payment to the approved bank account of our authority OR through an approved agent by our authority.
14.Application request is made in an official paper and submit to the following addresses:

Note: The time required for the issuance of permits flights:
1) after the completion of the above-mentioned data it require to issue the permits.
A - Permission less than thirty flights 24 hours requires.
B - Permission more than thirty flights 72 hours requires.
